I understand Direct Assist requires Creative Marketing Associates to run a remote connection program on my computer temporarily for the duration of the service. The program will uninstall itself after I restart the computer. I grant access to the Creative Marketing Associates technician during the service period to access my computer via the Internet under my supervision, and install any necessary program(s) to resolve the technical issue. I understand that it is my right to deny Creative Marketing Associates technican from installing any program(s), or have access to certain programs and files on my computer, even if that means I am not able to have my technical issues resolved through Direct Assist. I understand I can disconnect the service at anytime. I also agree with the Creative Marketing Associates Privacy Policies listed below. Privacy Policy Creative Marketing Associates respects your privacy. Direct Assist will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our services for you. We do not sell your personal information. We only share your personal data outside Creative Marketing Associates with your consent, as required by law or to protect Creative Marketing Associates, its customers, or the public, or with companies that help Creative Marketing Associates fulfill its obligations with you, and then only with partners who share our commitment to protecting your privacy and data. You may ask at any time to see the personal data you have given us and request correction or deletion.
