Inside each new home by Wagoner Custom Homes, we utilize David’s skill in framing and trim carpentry. Windows and openings are encased and all other wood trim is planned with the greatest care to make certain the interior will be just as striking as the exterior.

Though Wagoner Custom Homes builds in a wide variety of architectural styles and locations, we attempt to incorporate the grace of the region in each home. Many of the semi-custom and custom homes we build feature traditional architecture and elements like brick, wood and stone exteriors. Highlighting the classic designs are gorgeous southern details. Also, much of the original flora is left standing, as we attempt to preserve the natural surroundings when possible.
